Nancy Adams Personnel is a locally owned and operated employment agency. We specialize in Administrative Assistants, Receptionists, Customer Service, Accounting/Bookkeepers and Office Support positions. We have served our clients for over 35 years! Many area employers have come to trust us because of our emphasis on quality personnel and superior service. Our business has grown tremendously, and our clients include many large, national companies, as well as mid size and smaller, local firms. Nancy Adams Personnel of Columbia opened its office in 1978 in the American City Building on the lakefront. In 1996, we expanded the office and moved to the IKON building by the Columbia Mall. In August, 2000, we moved again to our current office on Dorsey Hall Drive.
Nancy Adams Personnel has interviewing facilities. We have very dedicated and experienced staff members providing strong continuity for both employers and candidates. We pride ourselves on screening for much more than the basic requirements of a job opening. We are willing to go the extra distance to screen for the right attributes and the right attitude! The candidates we place stay in their jobs for an average of over 5 years!
