• Nancy Adams Personnel makes all payroll deductions. You pay only an hourly billing rate to us.

• The employee works at your company for 560 hours. At the end of this time period, you may place the employee directly on your payroll without any charge whatsoever.

• You now hire by actually seeing the employee's job performance.

• Payroll hire saves you time and costly advertising.
